DELIVERY

Free Worldwide Delivery on all orders placed on the FANNIE SCHIAVONI online shop. You will receive an order dispatch email with a tracking number. If you require assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team at shop@fannieschiavoni.com.

Once payment is cleared it will take an estimated 1-2 weeks before delivery as each FANNIE SCHIAVONI piece is crafted by hand, made to order. Orders are shipped by Fedex. We may sometimes use other couriers for international shipments. This will depend on the customers country.

If the customer has provided an incorrect address, refuse to sign for the ordered package or if it’s not picked up at the pick up point (in the case of missed delivery attempt) we will have to charge an additional fee to resend the shipment to you.

Please note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and FANNIE SCHIAVONI is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchase goods is passed to you.

WORLDWIDE

If you order products for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of their cost before placing your order.
