DELIVERY

Free Worldwide Delivery on all orders placed on the FANNIE SCHIAVONI online shop. You will receive an order dispatch email with a tracking number. If you require assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team at shop@fannieschiavoni.com. 

Once payment is cleared it will take an estimated 1-2 weeks (sometimes longer if specified) before delivery as each FANNIE SCHIAVONI piece is crafted by hand, made to order. Orders are shipped by Fedex. We may sometimes use other couriers. This will depend on the customers country.

If the customer has provided an incorrect address, refuse to sign for the ordered package or if it’s not picked up at the pick up point (in the case of missed delivery attempt) we will have to charge an additional fee to resend the shipment to you. We do not take responsibility for a lost or undelivered item if the address is incorrect. A new delivery will not be despatched until the original order is delivered back to us.If your order is returned to us the cost of redelivery must be paid before it is despatched again.

Please note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and FANNIE SCHIAVONI is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchase goods is passed to you.

 

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE EU

USA

Duty and taxes are normally not charged if the value of the imported goods are under US$800. Please contact your local customs office for further information on import duties and taxes.

WORLDWIDE (inc USA)

If you order products for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. These fees are enforced by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Fannie Schiavoni is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.  If you decide to refuse any shipments from Fannie Schiavoni, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on both the original and returned shipment.  In this event, this amount will be deducted from your original payment.
